The 2023 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit is less than five months away! Here are four exciting and important updates you should know before then.

[email protected]Carina supports the governments and civil society in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Netherlands in their open government efforts. She additionally coordinates the work of the Nordic+ group. Carina joined OGP in 2022 after leading the Estonian chapter of Transparency International, focusing on open data, lobby transparency, whistleblower protection, and youth integrity through participatory budgeting in schools.
Carina has previously worked with the international development consultancy Concord Consulting in Denmark and contributed to the Estonian MFA activities during the UN Human Rights Council. Her background is in Government & Politics (University of Tartu) and Global Development (University of Copenhagen).
Carina is based in Brussels.
