The 2023 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit is less than five months away! Here are four exciting and important updates you should know before then.

[email protected]Carina is the Senior Regional Coordinator at OGP, supporting open government efforts in Northern Europe.
In this role, Carina works closely with governments and civil society in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Malta to drive ambition of open government policy through fostering best practices across borders and sectors.
In addition, Carina leads the Nordic+ subregional peer learning network and the Proactive Disclosure Coalition, modernising the approach to right to information.
Before joining OGP in 2022, Carina was the Executive Director of Transparency International Estonia where she worked across sectors to advance anti-corruption policy through increased access to information, lobby transparency, and participatory budgeting for youth. Before that, she worked with the international development consultancy Concord Consulting in Denmark and the Estonian Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva.
Carina has an MSc in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and an BA in Political Science from the University of Tartu in Estonia.
Carina is based in Brussels, Belgium.
