Henrique Góes is the Point of Contact for Open Government in the City Hall of São Paulo, where he has been overseeing the co-creation and implementation of open government action plans. He has an international relations background and over five years of experience promoting transparency, social participation, accountability and efficiency at the national and local levels in Brazil, both in civil society and government.
