Since 2019, Melisa Breda has acted as Undersecretary of Evidence-Based Public Policies in the Secretariat of Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Buenos Aires City Government. She has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

She has been in public service for 8 years, having previously developed as General Director of Management Control in the Chief of Cabinet, Chief of Cabinet of the General Directorate of Modernization of Citizen Services in the Undersecretariat of Smart City, and as Project Leader in Neighborhood Attention.
