Victoria Pagano joined the democratic governance portfolio of the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine in 2018 in the project “Civil Society for enhanced Democracy and Human Rights in Ukraine”. A firm believer of partnership building for better integrity and inclusion, her work focuses on youth engagement.
Prior to this, she gained experience in Switzerland at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and in Kosovo where she worked as trainee at the Embassy of Switzerland.
Victoria holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, where she specialized in international asset recovery.
