Estonia Action Plan Review 2025-2029 – For Public Comment

In 2026, the Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) published the Action Plan Review for Estonia’s seventh action plan. The report provides a technical review of the action plan’s characteristics and the strengths and challenges the IRM identifies to inform a stronger implementation process. The public is invited to review and comment on this report from 4 November until 17 November 2026. Comments can be submitted here or by email to [email protected].
