Sweden Design Report 2019-2021 – For Public Comment

The report covers the development of the action plan and the design of its commitments.

In Sweden, the IRM’s findings are summarized below:

“Sweden’s fourth action plan includes commitments on creating a national open dataBy opening up data and making it sharable and reusable, governments can enable informed debate, better decision making, and the development of innovative new services. Merparten av dessa åtaganden omfattas av Myndigheten för digital förvaltnings verksamhet, och det fanns begränsade möjligheter för icke-statliga berörda parter att lämna synpunkter gällande handlingsplanen. I framtiden skulle Sverige kunna överväga att använda kommande handlingsplaner för att hantera transparens kring data om offentlig upphandling och lobbyverksamhet.”
