OGP Local Circles are communities of practice led by OGP members to accelerate the progress, exchange and learning of reforms, ideas and projects of open government. The circles address different themes that are relevant at the local level, and where local jurisdictions are already showing innovative ways to advance open government values.
The Local Circles are open to government representatives, civil society organizations, reformers, open government enthusiasts, whether OGP members or not.
