Isaac is one of the pioneers of the OGP Subnational pilot program and leads the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) as the OGP Point of Contact; played a key role in the development of Sekondi-Takoradi proposal on the call for the subnational. Isaac is great team leader as he has successfully led STMA to develop two Local Action Plans. The key role includes leads, coordinates, engages and ensures each stakeholder does their tasks in close contact with the local secretariat. Has experience and expertise in social accountability, advocacy, and citizen engagement in a multi-dimensional approach. He has a strong belief that opening the doors of government to citizens’ inputs could have positive impacts in improving governance and service delivery outcomes and also transparency may alleviate most corruption based approaches of doing business.

Isaac holds degrees in Bsc. Development Planning & Msc. Project Management. He comes from the development Planning Unit (Policy, Projects and Programmes implementation & monitoring) of STMA. He is a member of Ghana Institute of Planners (MGIP) and also a member of Project Management Institute (MPMI).
