The findings of the report are summarized below:

Moving forward, it is important to raise awareness of the action plan’s results to ensure greater use of the newly created tools and to improve opportunities for public engagement.

Eesti teise AVP tegevuskava fookuses olid kaasav poliitikakujundamine, kodanikust lähtuvad avalikud teenused, eelarve läbipaistvus ja avaandmed. Ehkki enamik tegevusi täideti, olid muutused valitsuse praktikas enamjaolt väikesed. Tulevikus peaks senisest enam rõhku panema tegevuskava tulemuste teadvustamisele, et tagada uute vahendite laiem kasutamine ja suurendada avalikkuse kaasatust.
