However, its penetration level is still low, in particular, with only 49.6% of primary local governments following the standard model on average as of December 2015.; Main Objective: To enhance user convenience by providing open information based on standardized categories and method so citizens can better understand, access, and easily use the information.; Brief Description of Commitment: Efforts will be made to gradually increase the rate of public institutions’ information pre-release based on the standard model so that citizens can find categories and contents of the disclosed information in a consistent manner. In particular, the information pre-release rate of primary local governments will be improved from 49.6% in 2015 to 55% by the end of 2016.; OGP challenge addressed by the commitment: Improving public services and Increasing public integrity.; Relevance: This commitment is relevant to access to information and Public accountability; Ambition: More pre-emptive and proactive disclosure of useful information for citizens will improve administrative transparency and facilitate public services.
