Commitment description
What is the commitment? To co-create with citizens, civil society organizations, the
academia and the private sector, to create civic technology
solutions based on open services with real-time data (e.g. IoT
sensors, vehicles, etc.).
What is the problem that the
commitment will address?
It seeks to provide better vertical solutions where the IM is
implementing "Smart City" solutions, including transportation,
cleanliness, environmental quality, etc.
How will the commitment
contribute to solving the problem?
The objective is to set challenges to receive proposals for
solutions in the form of civic technology tools that use these data
and services.

Citizen Participation: The use of open data/services boosts
interaction between the IM and citizens and generates spaces
for collaboration and co-creation.
