On October 10-14, the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) held its 7th World Congress in Daejeon, Republic of Korea. On 11 October 2022, the CEO of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Sanjay Pradhan, the Director of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe Rafael Benitez, and the Executive Director of the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC) Oleksandr Slobozhan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support in the reconstruction of Ukrainian communities after Russia’s full-scale invasion.
