The report covers the development of the action plan and the design of its commitments.

In Armenia, the IRM researcher Tatevik Margaryan’s findings are summarized below:

The action plan’s implementation will require sustained engagement and closely coordinated efforts within government.”

“Հայաստանի գործողությունների չորրորդ ծրագիրն արտացոլում է նոր կառավարության ստանձնած՝ բարեփոխումների և թափանցիկության բարելավման խոստումը: Առավել նշանակալի հանձնառությունները վերաբերում են ընկերությունների իրական սեփականատերերի թափանցիկությանը, հողային և ջրային ռեսուրսների կադաստրների բարելավմանը և էլեկտրոնային հանրագրերին: Գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման համար կառավարության կողմից հետևողականություն և ջանքերի համակարգում կպահանջվի:”
