The findings from the report are summarized below :

Le plan d’action contient un grande diversité d’engagements. Cependant, le manque de précision ou pertinence de certains engagements rend l’impact potentiel des engagements difficile à analyser. Dans le future, le plan d’action pourrait bénéficier d’une plus grand participation de la société civile dans le choix des engagements.
