The application for pregnant women is to achieve the minimum service standard for pregnant women which prevents maternal and infant death. The minimal service standard did not run successfully because of the pandemic situation. The other obstacles include the limitation of data about pregnant women having high or low risk by midwives and low access to the health centers in an emergency by pregnant women.
