The report covers the full action plan implementation period of December 2016 through June 2018.

In Moldova, the IRM researcher Diana Mirza-Grisco’s findings are summarized below:

“The Government of the Republic of Moldova has fully or substantially implemented half of the action plan commitments. “Guvernul Republicii Moldova a finalizat pe deplin sau substanțial jumătate din angajamentele din planul de acțiuni. Trei au avut un impact major asupra deschiderii guvernării, spre exemplu lansarea unui nou sistem electronic de achiziții publice complet transparent.
