Bogotá joined OGP as part of the 2020 cohort. They are currently implementing nine commitments from their 2025-2027 action plan.

This action plan features commitments related to participatory decisión-making, citizen oversight and fiscal transparency, coordinated community participation for security, citizen participation through technological tools, women’s rights, mental health, civic coexistence, and public trust.
