Bianca worked ar the Open Government Partnership from March 2020 to September 2023. She managed several large projects for the organization including the annual organizational work plan and annual OGP Steering Committee rotations, and supported the Global team on multiple fronts including with the Steering Committee and with OGP and partner-led regional and global events.

Prior to joining OGP, Bianca was the Senior Program Coordinator for Integrated Strategies at Results for Development. There she provided financial management and project management support to the Evaluation & Adaptive Learning, Accountability & Citizen Engagement, Scaling Innovation, Market Shaping, Nutrition, and executive teams.

Bianca holds a BFA in photography from Pratt Institute in New York and a Master of Public Administration specializing in nonprofit management from George Mason University in Virginia.
