Júlia Rocha has a B.A degree in International Relations from São Paulo University (USP) and is a post-graduation student in Sociology at the São Paulo Sociology and Political Science School (FESP-SP). She’s currently working with Open Government gender-related issues and Right to information at Article 19 Brazil as programme officer for the Access to Information team. She has previously worked with transparency and innovation in other civil society organizations.
