Júlia Rocha

Programme Advisor, Article 19

Júlia Rocha is programme advisor at the Access to Information team in ARTICLE 19 South America Office (Brasil), where she works with issues related to open government and gender based violence and sexual and reproductive health and rights under the scope of FoI/AtI . She has a bachellor’s degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo and is currently specializing in Sociology at FESPSP in São Paulo. She has previously worked with innovation on the public sector at Comunitas and also with transparency and fight against corruption in Transparência Brasil.
