Ja procesā iesaistītu augsta līmeņa ierēdņus un politiķus, būtu iespējams plānā iekļaut efektīvākas apņemšanās attiecībā uz sabiedrības līdzdalību un ambiciozākus plānus saistībā ar lobēšanas regulējumu.”
