André Renz coordinates the city of Hamburg in the planning and implementation phase of OGP Local. In his other projects as a senior consultant in Berlin and as an affiliated researcher at Helmut Schmidt University – University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, he focuses on the topics of digital and data in the public sector, data-based innovations, the impact of artificial intelligence on various sectors, as well as transformation processes in public institutions and the development of open government.
